Nancy is the Olive Branch Finance Director and Board Member. She is an internationally recognized leader and educator known for leadership develop ment, developing healthy teams in the midst of crisis, trauma, stress, growth and change. Nancy is an ordained pastor, executive coach, master life coach and teacher passionate about developing and multiplying leaders and teams.
 
Internationally, Nancy is known for directing organizations through trauma, stress and inspiring growth and healthy change. Nancy currently serves Stanton Chase Los Angeles in their Non-Profit and Higher Education industries along with leadership assessment services.
 
Nancy serves alongside Jeff as the President of the Hidden Value Group focusing on humanitarian aid around the world bringing healing, health and hope to organizations, schools and places needing healthcare and educational breakthroughs. Nancy also serves as a leadership expert with a mental health emphasis for WELCOA. (Wellness Council of America) as well as a member of the AAS Task force for Improving Mental Health Access to Resources for Veterans. She passionately serves non-profits, educational institutions and organizations looking to grow, transform and improve their leadership development and employee services.
 
Nancy’s father served as a pilot in the military for many years. Married to Jeff who served as a Marine and a pilot for many years, the Jernigan sons continued the Marine tradition, along with a son-in-law flying F16’s in the Air Force and National Guard and now a grandson training with the National Guard as a pilot. The Jernigan family history is steeped in military service.
